Definitely. I have an almost in-built anxiety of my life being too "normal" and "boring", hence why it's become so insane in other aspects. Travel and social are really the two categories I'm a little behind in. Thanks for the post.

My life is definitely very similar to this so I'm going to check it out. I've read the author's fitness book but not this one. When you say planning/preparing, do you mean the trips or life generally? Any examples?

To be honest I think the only thing telling me not to is anxiety / fear of the unknown. I probably have my answer there.
