When I left my ex -wife I had to wing it. I decided to not drink any alcohol until my youngest was 18. In my custody/ visitation I asked to have my kids all summer, I did get it too plus the normal every other weekend and holidays. I also let them come more weekends. I would take them Bowling on a Friday or Saturday night here they called it , Cosmic Bowling, Thunder Alley, Rock-a- Bowlin. if you have a Bowling Alley call them and ask . It went from 9PM- midnight here. Sometimes we would go swim…

10 years after my divorce I gave my ex brother in-law a place to stay until he got back on his feet. Both of his sisters refused to help him. My son and I opened our door and he was able to find a good job right away. I fixed his car so that it would be reliable. I've been divorced for 18 years, 2 relationships since then. The second relationship I walked away from 8 years ago. I told myself no more women like her, no more women like her with kids and definitely no more women with kids like hers.

A week after mine received her first child support check. Mine shows up at my place in brand new clothes, shoes, fresh new tattoos and body piercings. Only to tell me that child support wasn't enough that month, could I pay more. After she leaves my kids tell me about the number of days they spent in a hotel with her and her BF. Three months after the divorce was finalized I ended up with an ex-wife and her husband thinking I should support them, glad I'm done with that obligation.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
