1	"shut up and be grateful." I don't think that's exactly right though. Acting, to me, implies that you aren't actually feeling grateful. By sitting around and trying to think of things you're grateful for, you should actually (temporarily) feel and become grateful. And I know you said below that feeling is different than being, but in this case gratitude is an emotion that you do feel, so when you feel grateful you are grateful.	/r/seduction	03/09/14 05:49 PM
2	"shut up and be grateful." Haha funny thing is if you had actually read the article, he pretty much says exactly this. His point was that you have a lot of things you CAN feel grateful for (even if you don't currently feel grateful for them), and that you will be happier if you practice concentrating on those things instead of what you lack.	/r/seduction	03/09/14 05:43 PM
