Whether what actually happened was rape is a different question, because we don't have all the information, but I wasn't commenting on that, I was commenting on what happened as it was described. And what do you mean by fed more alcohol? But he mentions none of those things, so I assume it was a verbal coercion like. If being verbally coerced into sex equals being raped then my girlfriend is raping me every time she wants sex and i'm not in the mood but still cave in to her requests.
