Developing percentages of false rape reporting based on your own perceptions of rape cases in the media is not an accurate way to develop conclusions and especially dangerous if you are going around quoting it as fact. To be more interesting to people expand your knowledge and interests. Read all sorts of books, magazines and articles. An interesting person is one that surprises me with their knowledge of several different areas and grasp of current events, not someone that has read a book on conversations and charm. If you want people to pay attention, give them something to attend to.
