I was getting behind a certain male-oriented movement, mainly because of some relationships I've had, and the revelations that movement gave me about those relationships. No, it's because the cold doesn't bother me as much as it does some other people, and jackets are restrictive. If they are unnecessary to me, I'm not going to wear them. I grew up in a single mother home, but had some positive male influences that turned me around. Then my Mom met my Dad (stepfather). He was old school. WW II vet, grew up during the depression. Was a line supervisor in a factory. Built and owned his own duplex, which I was required to help him maintain.
