The ending was just 100% the truth. I don’t get how people can be complacent and rot while knowing that there are people out there better than them. Stay focused and stay hungry. Never settle for less!

Still on that coding and gym grind. Slowing developing and abundance mentality which is allowing me to NOT emotionally invest. Still haven't gotten the hang of edging( 3 days is the max i can go)

Frame is how well you carry yourself and and depending on how strong your frame is your response can vary( being clam, asserting dominance). This is often confused with composure which is how calmly you handle a situation when under stress.

Fair point which I can agree with. I actually lost that hateful motivation 2 weeks in and truly went into Monk mode. I still have that drive yet it is somewhat reduced and is more for myself than because of anther person.

Nothing fuels you in the gym better than getting your feelings played trust me. I have been gymming 6 days a week for 8 weeks straight and have never felt better since my getting dumped and subsequently finding TRP.
