You're not good enough, you're not smart enough, and people don't like you.The ending was just 100% the truth. I don’t get how people can be complacent and rot while knowing that there are people out there better than them. Stay focused and stay hungry. Never settle for less! | /r/TheRedPill | 29/09/17 07:31 PM
I have been practicing Stoicism for 3 years now and the quality of my life has increased dramatically because of these 3 exercises. One from each of the greats: Epictetus, Seneca, And Marcus Aurelius. Try them and tell me what you think in two weeks.Rather new here and i find it really awesome when i find out that i have been applying some of these aspects in my life already. Can't wait to practice them all and just get on a whole different level! | /r/TheRedPill | 08/08/17 05:28 AM
July 14 - Weekly Improvement & Progress ThreadStill on that coding and gym grind. Slowing developing and abundance mentality which is allowing me to NOT emotionally invest. Still haven't gotten the hang of edging( 3 days is the max i can go) | /r/TheRedPill | 16/07/17 04:54 PM

And even in those situations my first reaction was to make peace I feel like this thinking makes me a lot weaker than i really am how do like do away with it? | /r/TheRedPill | 11/07/17 01:16 PM |
Just took the pill, interestingly it was easy to swallow, and it worksComing from a programmer myself i can empathise a whole lot with you guys! I was always above average in school and in good shape due to sports and gym. I made it a point to socialise and had a decent groups of friends. You could say that I was an alpha on surface but that was a super thin surface. I was you typical "nice guy" taking shit from everyone with the beta af "i don't want to pick a fight with anyone". I was brought up in a very logical upbringing. It was always a yes or no from my par… | /r/TheRedPill | 09/07/17 12:09 PM
Never break frame. Ever.I think your perception of frame is mistaken with composure. Frame is how well you carry yourself and and depending on how strong your frame is your response can vary( being clam, asserting dominance). This is often confused with composure which is how calmly you handle a situation when under stress. | /r/TheRedPill | 08/07/17 10:35 AM
How I found TRPFair point which I can agree with. I actually lost that hateful motivation 2 weeks in and truly went into Monk mode. I still have that drive yet it is somewhat reduced and is more for myself than because of anther person. | /r/TheRedPill | 07/07/17 01:50 AM
How I found TRPThe best part is she ran off with a close friend who is the biggest fucking beta ever | /r/TheRedPill | 05/07/17 04:17 PM
How I found TRPNothing fuels you in the gym better than getting your feelings played trust me. I have been gymming 6 days a week for 8 weeks straight and have never felt better since my getting dumped and subsequently finding TRP. | /r/TheRedPill | 05/07/17 09:43 AM
