1	Delusion is strong with this one. Change the perception. That perception comes from years of legally enshrined discrimination. Keep on criminalizing discrimination wherever you can find it. The government, certainly, shouldn't be giving names to their hiring staff when they hire people, really no company should. We should have public SSN like codes instead of names for official interactions. 2	Delusion is strong with this one. What if race or sex are major predictors for how your government or your culture treats you? How do we manage a problem like that? Criminalize those behaviors. Immediately and without exception. The law should treat all people equally, not just in theory but in execution. Automatically. Like a computer program. In theory, it already does.
