I would cut back on the alcohol. All in moderation. Get some hobbies. I enjoy nature and sports. Whatever you enjoy latch onto that. Having interests will enhance your life. When I dated or lived with women... It wasn’t heaven. Maybe I’m strange but I always felt off. Felt like it was a waste of time or I was doing that out of boredom or even social pressures. I love sports and I actually regret missing some of the games that I occurred. I also regret taking women to sporting events with me. They didn’t appreciate the significance of the event. I would rather be at home and around people who actually understand the gravity of the said event.
