-7	There’s Pros & Cons to both sides. It makes sense though, landlords charge ludicrous amounts for rent while providing quite literally nothing for you. repairs are always late and half assed, maintenance is on the tenant etc. they've waited for over a month to repair my window for example. i'm still the one paying but i'm only allowed to use his contractors.
