1	Stop complaining. Some people are naturally more oriented towards problem solving as a group/teaching others, and others do best when consulting within themselves, and everything in between. I think your personal frustration which may be shared by others could be solved by ignoring/downvoting the people who only complain (i.e. identify the problem).
