Can I ask what is the longest time you have been without porn/masturbation? These act on the same brain pathways as heroin. Abstain for one month then you can tell me you have no withdrawals.

Maybe some worship pussy. Others (like me) have a serious addiction that they are trying to break (that made me unable to enjoy pussy when I had it)

Firstly, Thank you, man. You have given me a good amount of motivation to change from just a couple comments, my days have been a lot better! That is powerful, I love the internet. it sounds like your "personality" at this point in time is pretty much in the SHITTER yeah, it does, because that was an emotionally charged, irrational expression. i tend to over exaggerate in that state of mind. A harsh statement you made, but a true one. It's in the shitter only when I don't realize my potential. S…

Right. I haven't been exposed first hand to living conditions . I guess my existence has been very sheltered in that regard. Never NEEDED to learn that discipline. I should conceptualize the kind of hell I really want to avoid, so that I have that motivation to seriously change my actions. Oh, I just wasn't familiar with the term blackpill, that's all. I do realise most people aren't worth my time, but I also do NOT like feeling completely alienated. Part of me really wants to be that lone wolf,…

You are severely lacking a basic understanding of addiction and BRAIN chemistry. Behavioural and physical addictions work on the same BRAIN chemicals. https://www.psychologytoday.com/basics/addiction

I'm not so sure about a labor job, I really want to expand my mind and actually learn to be articulate, which is extremely powerful. My main problem is self-discipline, If I could force myself to get intellectual work done (which I actually quite enjoy), school wouldn't feel like a waste of time. Can you elobarate on the blackpill? I feel like I'm not bad with people, and I can learn to navigate social situations, I am very introverted however so yeah a customer service job would tire me out. I …

Good points. It's difficult to realize how damn lucky I am really. Thanks for that.

thanks for the advice brother. you need to kickstart yourself onto a change arc i like that! thats exactly what needs to happen, but my brain has been making all sorts of dumb rationalizations to stop me and keep me comfortable, but the one I am truly concerned about is mental health, I don't want to overload myself with stress and end up full on bipolar. I have moved out of my parents house but I'm staying with close friends who are kinda helping me out, realizing my bad habits and all that. I …

Thanks for this, read it this morning and got on with my fucking day, and 4 more hours planned of productivity. I was never involved in any traditional masculine activities, and don't really know where to start. My personality/learning style seems to be not suited to that stuff. I would place the blame on the education system and familial neglect. But I am sick of playing that little bitch victim character. yeah, I REALLY do have to get my shit together and learn to be independent.

yeah, you are right. It is hard to get over the fact that I wasted so much time though. Do you recommend completely avoiding women, or just not engaging in anything serious? I am surrounded by women/college girls and im not experienced interacting with them, but I think I should learn to.

addiction is chemical? yes, and porn and videogames definitely fuck with your brain chemistry. I suggest you do some research before blindly asserting a serious issue that is effecting an entire generation is propaganda.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
