3	She got 2 years. Do you mean a guy would get 20 years prison time or 20 years probation, because the latter is far more likely, though even that's a stretch. From what I've seen, at least in the US, most male first time offenders with teenage victims plead out to 8-10 years intensive supervised probation/treatment/registration. Regardless, states and countries vary. 0	Teacher Admits To Sex With 16-Year-Old Boy, Avoids Jail To all the guys in here declaring that a male in this situation would definitely do jail time, honestly you have no idea what you're talking about. I was a male teacher who had the same type of situation as this with a 16 year old student, got 8 years probation, no jail time. Only violent and serious repeat offenders typically get jail. I met a ton of guys while serving my sentence, a wide range of cases, almost all of them only served probation. And BTW, probation for sex offenders is WAY tough…	/r/MensRights	15/06/13 05:26 AM
