Yes police in Australia can pull you over and give you an RBT (random breath test). You are required to hand over your drivers licence. If you fail to comply with the test you will be arrested. If you continue to fail to comply you will be charged as high range drink driving. She was arrested for failure to provide details. Difference is in Australia, our cops tend not to shoot people.
