While there is truth in what you are saying, i.e. OP shouldn't change his interests for the sake of finding a girlfriend, there are definetely stuff he could improve to make himself more attractive without giving up his personality and hobbies. For example, he said he is not particularly attractive, so he can work on his wardrobe and on his body. He can still choose to dress in his own style, but he should choose better, more flattering clothes. He also said he doesn't like going out much, which…

Agreed, most things are already known. People keep coming up with their own take on the same basic principles in order to market them as their own material.

No, they cannot do the inner work for you. I was not referring to the inner work, I was referring to women approaching YOU instead of you approaching women, which is what your post is about. I agree, inner work certainly is essential to becoming attractive, but women will not start hitting on you no matter how much at peace with yourself you are. Perhaps things are different where you live, but this is how it is where I live.

To be fair, it's not all BS. Just the way OP is approaching it. If you let go of expectations, meeting new people becomes fun and enjoyable. When you are having a good time, you become more attractive and this can lead to some dates. But don't expect women to do the work for you. Unfortunately, this is not the way things work.

I totally get that it goes deeper, what OP is describing is not a technique that you will apply tonight and women will start flocking to you. Also, I mostly agree with what OP has said. If you let go of expectations, if you stop reaching too hard for a result and genuinely take interest in the other person, you are more attractive. But even if are laid back and attractive, you still have to put a lot of work in. You have to approach. Women will not start hitting on you because of some energy or …

I read the whole post and I have to say, it sounds very unrealistic. I mean, the ultimate outcome of letting go of expectations and accepting yourself/not forcing certain behaviour is increased confidence, which is undoubtedly attractive. Approaching in this mentality is certainly going to be easier, though you still have to put work in (unless you are a really attractive hot guy). But going to a bar, standing in a busy spot and doing inner soul searching? Wouldn't that make you look extremely d…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
