Keep it to yourself. Honestly.Im guessing what that dude thinks is 'autistic lecturing' is really just a few sentences of truth. People hate cold truth, takes the 'mystery' out of life | /r/TheRedPill | 26/12/17 11:57 PM
Daily actions for a fulfilling lifeYour idea of Congruence sticks out for me, personally. Something I never really considered, but makes a lot of sense inherently. Quality post | /r/TheRedPill | 25/10/17 07:20 AM
Zero sugar will change your body and lifeim only 175 lbs and have been eating a well monitored 3500-4000 cal a day for a few months..couldnt even hit 2500 at first but used progressive overload on my stomach, easier now. Dont think I could do it without the gainer shake every day, and i load that bad boy with peanutbutter/protein powder/fruits...definitely a lot of sugar in that one. i envy the guys that can somehow maintain or even gain weight with 2800-3000 cals. Seems to fall right off me. | /r/TheRedPill | 16/06/17 03:37 PM

Also recently passed a certification course at my job, comes with a pay bump and some relatively interesting oppoetunities. Reading more, as well (Book … | /r/TheRedPill | 09/06/17 05:50 PM |
Don't sacrifice social life for self improvement. (Story from Friday)Similar situation, from 18-25 i did nothin but anime, fap, vidya, sometimes shit job, repeat. Last april i tried caring for the first time (learned about lifting and the body) Personally, what actually helped the most was physically moving my mattress to the room i have since made my training space, because i would wake up "in the mode" and have to be uncomfortable, not just slide into my chair from bed. Anyway im a work in progress, we all are i guess. If you admire strength of any kind, youll … | /r/TheRedPill | 18/01/17 04:35 AM

Be Above AverageAgreed, I am a recent convert (been lifting and learning since late April) but I can tell that what stawek says is true. Consistency trumps motivation every time. I tell myself if I can do this for a year I can do it for as long as I'm physically able..starting to see results and wondering why I denied that every body INCLUDING my own was susceptible to universal laws of physics. | /r/TheRedPill | 20/09/16 01:21 PM
