2	Getting Back Into Cold Approach – How Do You Get Into the Groove? Most of my cold approaches have been to workers. I find it easier since they expect customers to come up to them, but I want to get better at approaching anyone, not just employees. I also struggle with approaching when other people are around—it makes me hesitate even more.
