Reference the snap and when she says she hasn’t seen it, then make a joke how she doesn’t watch them. What comes to mind: I don’t snap everyone! You’re throwing away my golden snaps?! You do have to be careful, but it doesn’t mean that you can’t verify in other ways — I normally do personalized videos and cross reference LinkedIn or company websites. There are ways to verify! And stay anonymous until they’ve been vetted. There’s also tons of real people who also want to meet someone, too. But it’s whatever you’re comfortable with! :)

You didn’t ruin his personality. You need to stay far away from someone that won’t take responsibility for their own issues and work on them. He’s passing the blame to get your attention and make you feel bad for him. Stop feeding that drama and respectfully set a boundary there. He can get counseling and find coping mechanisms. Awh I love it! I actually keep a mini notebook and write down things and dates when they occurred. “He walked into the room and said I love you just because” or “The dishes were done when I got home because he knew I was tired”. Big and small things. I love being able to pull it out and be reminded why I choose him every day.

That’s awesome! Congrats. I didn’t know you found something the at works for you! Calorie counting is portion control because the goal of either is to reduce calories. What about HIIT? It’s quick, effective and keeps your attention. Also my mom does these things called “walk away the pounds” and it include resistance bands, too. But you’re walking in place/other movements to get to it heart rate up. Maybe do that and put on an audio book or a podcast? It require minimal attention and might stimu…

Look into intermittent fasting! So many people have lost weight that way. Check on the subreddit for it or r/progresspics. But if you have issues with that, then you need to portion control. I’m not saying don’t eat because you need to eat, but maybe eat 3/4 what you’re used to. And there are way too many resources on YouTube and Reddit and the internet to not exercise.
