This should probably be a clsss action, it was incredibly rampant in tech 2015-2023.

Seems weird for a hockey organization to care that much about consensual sex just because it was group sex. What next, straight married players that only have sex for procreation only?

And yet many places have decided that it's unacceptable to charge women more for health insurance so...

I would assume that far more people lie about it than admit lying later, hopefully the impact on reducing liars outweighs the disincentive to admitting it later. But yeah that is an issue.

Does it happen? Yes. However it happens rather rarely in real life, and the vast majority of cases are just women making excuses for their actions after the fact. Good old regular alcohol is used in much the same manner - I have been absurdly drunk and at no point did it make me do anything I did not want to. Sure, you're less inhibited, but you DO NOT do anything you don't actually want to. Sure does provide a good excuse after the fact though. Obviously, puking and passing out are exceptions -…

Agreed, that was a bad call, but in the same situation I doubt I'd be able to think straight either. This is an absurd amount of bullshit. And given by the fact that you were not forced to look, and obviously both you and your son have seen a penis before, where exactly was the harm anyway? On a side note, if we can charge people inside their own home, if this woman desides next week to take her son for a walk to a nude beach, can she then sue everyone there? Surely there's no public places it's…

I would bet that this has something to do with the ease of access and abundance of porn. ALL kinds of porn. Now somebody that can't get any and has fantasies about aggressively dominating a woman doesn't have to go out and rape someone, they can find 500 videos of just that in 5 minutes. Some have suggested this is part of the reason Japan has fairly low child rape cases - all the pervs just watch the hentai. Yes, porn was around 20 years ago, but to get some you had to go buy videos from those …
