The whole "nice guys finish last" sentiment didn't just pop into existence without a basis in reality. There are certainly men who have motives of seduction for sure but not all. I do all sorts of genuinely nice things for people and I want nothing in return, but because some people have issues of there own they can't trust it so now I usually go out of my way to make sure they didn't know it was me. It is human nature, don't get all butt hurt because someone is willing to point it out. Some people need to hear this or they will continue to get taken advantage of. Edit: wow so many down votes.
