2	Advice on asking for a raise? Well, whenever I go for a raise (every 3, 4 months) im pretty much taking the nuclear option: meet my standards or I'll go work for someone who will. Always having a backup plan AKA another job waiting for me that pays what I was making before or a little bit more, so you don't end up in the street if things go south. Its not like something awful is going to happen to you, but you have to be aware that they are there at all times considering you are not used to it. If you aren't argentinian (we can easily tell) you'll get wrecked in our streets as law enforcement is non-existant and there are a ton of... lets call them "zombies", zombies lurking the streets looking to take advantage of people that arent aware how things are here.
