4	Karen tries to stop a birthday wish of a kid, gets arrested. The guy who made the request obviously made his neighbors aware as a fair amount were outside watching it. Karen just had an issue with it. There is a follow up video where the neighbors all requested that they do another drive through. Then the two people are responsible for mailing the signed license to their state capital. The license then gets copied, filed and sent back to to the now married couple.
