from 2022-23 I slammed the gym, 3-4 times a week for the whole year probably one week off in total started off with lots of puppy fat and changed to an actual masculine physique Its worked wonders for my self confidence and idgaf attitude Going to the gym isn't just about the physique you get at the end of the journey it also shows you have other attributes like work ethic, commitment and a positive future vision of yourself, all attractive qualities

I find that its not about what your saying its HOW you're saying it, talk slow, good eye contact, smirking, feeling and looking confident in the situation etc. I tend to talk about family, interests/ life aspirations. Attraction is a feeling not a sentence or a word, dont overthink
