4	The "women are paid less" myth gets destroyed I can get behind that. There often is a wage gap, since if you're not working as much or as dedicated to your career, your wages will generally be lower (comparing gender to gender, not against others at the same level doing the same job), but it's too limited a term to properly encompass the actual issue people want to discuss. Politicians have an easy time promising equal pay for equal work, because that's more or less already the case. It's disingenuous to make the whole "women choose to do take fewer risks/spend more time with the baby" argument, because it's fully a matter of degrees.
