tuition free education should also be a priority. besides, some schools are already doing it. like NYU Med. and i think we can get there, i don't see the problem with it. we also have so many more resources than Norway and Finland as well. gotta start being civilized at some point.

i'd like it to be yeah man. same with housing and education. problem is we need massive societal controls to ensure people adequately take and use resources, and unfortunately we're not there as a country yet. we should be fucking shaming the rich, the opulent, the morally bankrupt, the obese, the whores - all those that personify the seven sins. only when we do that can we adequately distribute resources based on need and not want.

i don't really like the affordable care act anyway. i'm actually for universal healthcare. but obviously before we move to that model, people should be stuck with higher rates for elective issues like obesity or smoking.
