Depends on your role. Some roles require a 'submissive' can do attitude where others might give you a bit of free rein. Tact is key when dealing with other people, pick and chose what other's respond to. Nobody likes a person that refuses to work as a part of a team for some fruitless principal. Which is why I tend to overlook the banter from women in such spaces - Nothing good will come from shining a light to it. You don't want to be seen as a threat, I think that's the wrong approach on all f…

Really depends how legitimate it is. if it's impeding your work flow then you'd need to speak to management and hope the fall out isn't messy. Otherwise you stay out the best you can. You'd be amazed at how long they can hold a grudge for afterwards if things go South. Truly "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned.".

I always tread carefully with this one. From my personal experience, they throw the word 'abusive ex' around constantly to make you come to her aid and defend her. Don't get me wrong, I do not advocate abuse at all but it's an easy 'absolve's me of all responsibility and justifies my shitty behavior' card that gets thrown in quickly. I used to always take their side like a simp until one day an ex said I was abusive, even though she slapped me around when she was angry and would scream and curse…

I wouldn't risk it. They will interpret that as you telling them "I think you are unprofessional.". Before long they will deflect the issue and make it about you and they will make you the next target. Morals/ethics be damned. You don't want to be walking on egg shells every day.

"Do you feel it is disrespectful to talk about your husband like that?" As someone with a lot of experience with women at work, never ask a woman this directly. From my personal experience, she will take it as a personal attack and make your life a living hell. If you feel the need to pry for whatever reason, do it indirectly. (Not sure why you'd need/want to though better to stay clear and keep your nose clean.)

Yep. Worked in finance. Every job I had was 70% women (Once I was one of the only two men in a whole department of 30 people). The cheating and shit-talking over their partners is rampant in corporate and par the course if you join the industry. As a young bloke at the time, I can't tell you how many times they'd sit on my lap, grab my thigh or just outright show their tits at Christmas Parties/Work functions while talking complete and utter smack about their partners. One of the ladies was alwa…

Thank you for your input on the issue. I can't say I have met many therapists in my life, thankfully. Female therapists are the worst. They are the voice box of the female hive mind, the matrix. I can't say I am surprised. It was my folly to think that psychologists would have a more grounded perspective especially when we see people with prestigious education still unable to grasp basic concepts outside their own bubble. I do recall one of my uni professors saying that most people become psyc…

I think that's a very fair perspective to have. Can't really fault someone for sorting themselves out, I think a lot of us are doing the same in the realm of self-improvement.

I would like to see examples of why MGTOW would be pulled first. Incriminating posts etc. I'd also like to counter those posts with other sub equivalents or worse examples. All be it a fruitless exercise that would be more than likely ignored. However, if we did get pulled down, it completely justifies everything that has been said. People fear men that are free. GYOW.

I don't think there is anything wrong with someone going to therapy to sought their problems out. I'd be IMPRESSED if a woman actually recognized she had issues that need resolving (It's fucking rare without a knee jerk blame men reaction). But you're absolutely right, someone going to therapy (Including us men, I myself have been in the past) is a sign that they aren't ready for a relationship and they shouldn't be seeking one during it. Also for any women that are lurking - That was not justif…

We all know that. It's another case of women copying men because they don't have their own original ideas. As soon as men do something women have to copy it but reverse it. Movies, media, games, comics, subbreddits, idealogies and life styles. I'll be amazed if a WGTOW doesn't pop up sooner or later.

I spoke to my hairdresser who was/is open during the pandemic after they implemented a heap of safety/distancing measures and the government allowed them to operate under essentials. He only allowed regulars to come in and no new clients as he didn't want to poach from other salons while they were struggling. He also said that women were going crazy and going as far as to call for an appointment from within the vicinity of 6 hours away. He had to keep declining them because he thought it was imm…

Taken advantage of? At 22 you are more than old enough to consent to those relationships. At 22 you're an adult that has the power to make your own choices. You're not a child anymore as much as you may want to act like one. What would those men have taken advantage of exactly? What could at 22-year-old nobody offer an older man in his prime other than sex/companionship which is a mutual aspect of all healthy relationships regardless of age. I assume she means skewed power dynamics which in that…

Nobody enjoys the reality of the red pill at first. We all yearn for that different life where your wife can bake the bread and you chop the firewood while the kids play outside. It's like finding out Santa Clause isn't real as a kid. Very disappointing for a while but you move on and get over it. From birth and perhaps biologically we are conditioned to want that, but we are living in a tyrannical age where women want to be gods/goddesses and unfortunately, too many men are willing to worship a…

Nearly did, people got fired for less at my workplace. I was in a department for a company that is obsessed with meeting diversity quotas (I was one of the two males in the whole department of 30 people). I was managing my team and the job was too hard and stressful for a lot of people so they cycled a lot of women as they wanted to make sure they hit a diversity quota. One woman they hired for my team was absolutely paranoid. One day she called me into a surprise meeting and went off at me tell…

Did women making onlyfans at least try to get a real job?

Absolutely. Shutting the fuck up is such a simple fucking concept, but people just can't grasp it at work.

I hate hearing about these stories. It's honestly pure evil to keep someone around while cheating on them if you've committed yourself to them. I am not one to buy into excuses as to why people do it. Such a load of bullshit that there is a high possibility that this could happen to you in a relationship even if you do everything right. Glad he got out. GYOW.

For sure. She completely justifies it in her own mind with a theatrical smokescreen of "needing to find herself" that he completely adhered to like a chump.

We really need a dictionary for a lot of these common terms that all seem to use over and over again and just hand it to men like this. Then they can piece it together themselves. "I need to find myself": I want to see go off with other men but don't want to look bad to everyone by admitting it. "You rely on me too much": I want YOU to resolve all of your own problems as well as mine. Everything you've ever done for me up until this point is completely irrelevant. "I want space or a break": I'd …

Over two months of being Monk myself and plan to be long term if not indefinitely. I can't see a relationship adding anything fruitful to my life at all as much as I would love that to be true. I think we all yearn for that unicorn scenario where things work out, but I've completely faced the red-pilled fact that it is essentially impossible. I've also noticed the men around me in my life are absolutely MISERABLE in their marriages or relationships, it's like the men that been completely broken …

Perhaps you need to set up some achievable/measurable goals? I've been a monk for the last two months (Planning on being monk for a whole year). Reddit is currently my only social media outlet. Before I started I set a heap of short term and long term goals to achieve to get short term and long term satisfaction. So far in those two months I feel like I have achieved more than I could have in a year under my old life style.

Finishing my computer science degree. I will be the first in my family line to go to get a degree. I worked in finance for years quite successfully but I honestly don't care for finance, I am passionate about computer science/programming even though I am still quite the amateur. I left my finance job and moved home after a break up to work on it full time. I'm 28 and always put myself down for not starting earlier (Not that I would have been in the right headspace to do it regardless). I also cl…

I agree with your sentiment, however there are many that are trying to unlearn it and go back to their old ways /r/exredpill/ Not sure if they have much success or just live in denial.

This is a classic. "I need a break or I want space" is often code word for seeing other people while keeping you on the side for a backup, this is almost law at this point honestly. Don't be fooled they only come back to you if things don't work out. I've had women want to start something long term while they were on break with someone else. They only went back to him because I declined. I've also had women try pull this on me, I broke up and cut them off straight away. They can have a break for…

I think that men sexually or emotionally frustrated should try couple relationships to see themselves what's it like and decide for themselves. Going from external validating beta to self validating alpha and seeing how it all goes for yourself. I'd advise to not marry and not cohabitate. I reluctantly agree, only because I wouldn't have come this far if I hadn't had first-hand experience to draw on and see the MGTOW side. However, there is also a side of me that wishes I never pursued any of th…

Which one makes you happier? Finance wasn't a passion for me, although I am not sure it is for anyone. I don't regret it at all as I learned a lot and was able to "blow people's minds" with my amateur programming and innovation which got me promoted very quickly in a Tier 1 company. The only downside was I felt like an absolutely fraud because there are programmers out there that could run circles around what I was doing. That being said.. I wouldn't have been able to innovate without having a s…

Are you working in Finance or studying to be a programmer?
/r/MGTOW22/03/20 02:30 AM

Aspiring Programmer. I worked in Accounting/Finance and got all of the really shitty jobs as you do when you're the new kid on the block. I got sick of doing those jobs so I went home and found ways to auto-mate half of them with programming. Recently left my Commercial Finance job to study my Computer Science degree while I am in Monk Mode because I by far enjoy programming than accounting.

As someone that has always been behind a computer for a career, I have a complete and utter lack of ability for practical type of work involving my hands instead of my mind. Currently planning to build a garden out of wood and learn basic woodworking and gardening in the process. Currently in my design and research phase, I honestly have no idea what the best way to put the wood together is (Screws? Nails? Drill? What wood should I use? How far apart should I put the nails etc..), like I said, I…

As everyone else has stated, who really cares? Are you happy and stable? If so, I don't see the issue. I will, however, say every man should learn to live alone at one stage or another of their life to grow that independence. I myself am back home for a while while I reinvent myself for awhile (Monk Mode). Just don't get too cozy that you don't work on improving yourself, I find it's too easy to get a bit slothful when I am visiting my parents for long periods because they have a tendency to cod…

Can't wait to hit that stage of not thinking about women, I can see it slowly happening. Been in Monk Mode for 6 weeks now (Recovering Simp) after my partner left me when I went into a deep depression from working 7 days a week. I actually stumbled upon MGTOW a few months ago prior to the breakup because I was looking for advice as to why all of a sudden my partner of 7 years turned on me during my darkest time of need. My mind was blown when she started the rounds on the CC as soon as we broke …

Me too. I used to go the gym religiously for years but got over a lot of the drama, best thing I did was slowly build up my own home gym.
