Gents we should start #MENTOO, see how that is received.

I have questions. Did you take the time and trouble to look at my profile page to check that you have more karma than me then try to use that as a tool to discredit me and not read my post/comment history? How do I know you're not a woman spamming the sub with terrible content to destroy its credibility? How is your post relevant to Men Going Their Own Way?

Then there's you copy pasting links of work other people created, like advertising except you get nothing but imaginary internet points for it, well done. You're trying to make everyone feel better by tearing down women. Get off MGTOW. This is for men forging their own path, not anonymous who are bitter about women not bowing down to men. Why this sub allows this shit is beyond me. Obviously linking to other peoples work is working well for you, let's have a look at your OC posts: Me: first post…

The amount of utter shite OP has contributed to this sub is amazing. All of it is "anti-women". The moderators should not be allowing this irrelevant spam. EDIT: breaking rule 10. they are LOW EFFORT posts to shit links elsewhere.

Thanks. Maybe the red pill is leaking over thinking this is the same place? In this sub I'd rather hear about a guy who quit his job and left an abusive wife to travel the world than someone who avoided a date with a not-great looking woman. For posters that want to avoid post-wall women at all costs a lot of them spend a heck of a lot of time looking at them and their lives.

Fuck off. I don't subscribe to this sub for posts about women who aren't hot anymore, take that shit and post it somewhere else. We want what the sidebar says, posts that are actually relevant to "We are men going our own way by forging our own identities and paths to self-defined success; cutting through collective ideas of what a man is.". Women hitting the wall, men unhappy with women, all this prissy bullshit is not the central part of it. Stop trying to undermine women, leave them alone and…

Agreed; this sub needs to be LESS about women, not all about them. Shut the fuck up about what they are doing and let's talk about what the men going their own way ARE doing. Rule one, we allow no bullshit.

Give this show a go "The Island with Bear Grylls" from the UK; essentially they get a group of women and a separate group of men and plant them on separate islands for 30 days. It's a TV show so who knows to what extent it is fake although it's still a good watch. The men typically separate into strong hunters/builders and the incapable, the women are more or less babying each other most of the time and relaxing in the sun while one or two do the bulk of the work although the men typically fare …

"Im not a gold digger" but I'll dump him for not having an obviously high income and not spending it on me... good for him, bullet dodged.

"I bet you're a player aren't you?" I feel like this warrants the response "I don't kiss/fuck and tell.". Ambiguous for her to imagine the answer how she wants and additionally tells her that you're not going to parade around that you've fucked her.

How high were you when you wrote this. You don't want more from life than to simply exist?

If you actually did read everything I wrote, well done. I'm assuming the lack of others commenting means that I more or less covered most bases you need to consider reasonably well. "tbh thought it was illegal in at least some states here for an overpayment penalty but i'm probably wrong." I'm not sure of the US over-payment laws etc, I do know that in the UK it is illegal to unreasonably prevent any debt being paid of at any time. This doesn't mean they cannot charge additional fees if you want…

I hope that some of it helps. There is always room for cash in the bank, just not all of it. Great use of overpay and good job keeping your debt level low. People don't often realise there's bad debt (over extended credit cards) and good debt (a mortgage that lets you buy a house or a car loan in some instances) so well done. It's not the brokers that limit overpaymnet, it's the lenders. UK it's typically 10% overpayment of the outstanding loan per year before you incur penalty fees and this is …

FOLLOW ON: I've said a lot and you may still be none the wiser as to an answer. First figure out WHY you might want to buy or rent and what you want from your accommodation: * close to parents? Consider if it's even possible to buy here, if not then renting or living with parents to save it is. * close to work? Consider if it's even possible to buy here, if not then renting or living with parents to save it is. * will you possibly have to move in the next five years? Consider where your career m…

This is a wall (over max length comment so done in two hits). It should be because this question is HARD and serious shit. This comes from my experience and professional knowledge. I am employed in the UK mortgage industry and own my own mortgaged home after several years of renting. I'll avoid UK/US specifics & stick to the considerations and principles of buying vs renting. Not here to sell you anything and couldn't give a shit what you do, this is to help you consider things you may not have …

My approach to buying a home is this. Make enough money that I can easily pay the mortgage, continue investing and living the life that I am currently living. Not really a homebuying approach more of an approach on how to manage your money. Not helpful to that extent either. Objectively a lot of what you've commented doesn't actually help OP figure out what they want to do. Additionally you can say the investment return could be whatever you want it to be over any timescale, it means nothing for…
