> But ultimately as many men end up with women as women end up with men, more or less True >Less concerns about creepy dudes getting all rapey and shit. And easier to find someone who isn't in it mostly for sex. Good point, something men generally don't have to worry about

> And contrary to red pill nonsense, women aren't all out there saying they want this and then actually dating asshole guys who abuse them. That is utter nonsense, I agree. > A lot of people are looking for more... companionship, love, etc. And finding a good partner for that is tough for any gender I still do think, to some degree, it may be harder for men since prima facie less women are attracted to the avg man the vice versa, but this gets caricatured/memed to the whole lines of guys after t…

Thanks for your reply and taking the time to respond to what I wrote in detail, these things have been on my mind so it's great to get to talk about them a bit further! I agree with what you wrote about conditional love, and the idea (from Rollo Tomassi's book) that men love unconditionally and women love conditionally is wrong. As well, even platonic relationships are conditional, in the sense that you are friends with people because a certain set of things are true: you have things in common, …

Thanks for your reply! I want to make it clear I do not believe these thing are true, but after reading through the Red Pill, I did entertain them because prima facie they make sense. But on further analysis, I see them as false. Because of that, I posted this ideas on this subreddit, where, presumably I would find people who also entertained similar thoughts but have since rejected them. I am sorry if I did not make it clear in my post I don't entertain these thoughts, rather, I wanted to simpl…

My wife would probably laugh at the "lines of guys" after her. This isn't reality for most women. She had other options sure. So did I. I feel this attitude is very rampant on reddit, that all woman have lines of guys after her whereas only the top men have choices like the average woman does. I think it's based on the following ideas: Men are much more attracted to women than women are to men, since it is far easier for the average woman to get casual sex than the man. I don't disagree with tha…

TRP seems to be stuck in the 1950s...More than half of university students in many countries are women...women want what men want - to be able to support themselves, and find a loving partner to build a life with This is more or less my thoughts when reading Rollo Tomassi's Book about women always dating up/hypergamy thing. If may be true that woman have a drive (similar to how men are attracted to certain body types for 'evolutionary' reasons) to marry up to those who can provide for them, but …

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
