Yea not a single one of these is the same situation. In none of these instances did the rapist end up in prison. This woman will not be eligible for assistance as she will be in prison. You only receive child support if you are the one caring for the child.

All of the people here claiming that the student will be required to pay child support are moronic. Use some logic. This woman is going to jail and will not be directly caring for the child. She would not be entitled to receive anything for the child’s care. It’s much more likely that the student will be granted guardianship or have sole parental rights if the child is his.

Is there any proof that a 30-40 person brawl took place? Other than the comments of one college kid? No. No one was called to a riot. No riot took place. They were called to a fight after a pub day. Where is the proof that there were 30 people brawling? 4 arrests were made and 4 people were on scene when police arrived.
