How could I objectively narrow it down to fomo if it is? The thing is that I have asked and talked about the sexual things I request in the past and it might get better for a very limited amount of time then it just goes back to the same thing

I was more looking for depth in the third paragraph. Where I have difficultly seeing a future that is fulfilling and everything I want even though many of the values are the same. The sex is not the best I have had either but I continue to think it will get better for some reason.
