F the op and F that Judge. This is clearly a pussypass. If a man was talking over the judge a raising his voice he would be held in contempt and penalized with jail time right there and than. As a lawyer I can say this is not true. I have seen people do many stupid things when sex/intimacy involved. My experience says (after reading what she wrote) there's a possibility that she will be in the will or she will be taking care of before he is gone (which my money is on). Because people usually buy house/flat/car etc... when they are alive so she might not need inheritance form sugar daddy after he is gone.

As a lawyer I can tell it's not true. It is all about the circumstances and the situation that the related parties in when the police arrives. But I cannot rule out that there might be some instances that this is true but I don't believe it's that high. Nonetheless I can attest to people are more prone to see women as victims. Always keep in mind that such news will stick out more because they are not the normal way of how things work.

In my country if you try to pull something like this you will be transferred to Disciplinary Commission of the Bar because of professional misconduct and unethical behavior. I'm a lawyer and although I don't work in America I know for a fact that every bar in the world has ethics rules and professional conduct regulations which a lawyer has to follow.
