Then let's just propose to not have any gendered sports, all male, all female and everything in between together in 1 competition for each sport, then it's an equal playing field for funding sponsors and only the best regardless of gender will get the best sponsorships. Same with chess, and car racing yet men dominate all of them, there is far more going on than just strength advantages, men have superior reaction times, spacial awareness, pattern recognition, of course you will find some women who are better than many men with these abilities but the top level will always 100% be a man, the top 100 of any sport even non physical sports maybe will have 1 woman.

Well you would also have to get the system working properly and not have corrupt attorney general's like kamala harris keeping innocent people on death row when there is DNA evidence proving their innocence, so maybe it should be if there is irrefutable proof like DNA evidence then you get 2 appeals but if the evidence is just witness testimony then you get appeals all the way to the supreme court.
