0	It’s about time Ive wondered the same. Like why do low class women care so much about nails & hair? Because that's all they got and it brings them up a "level" from their perspective. Cigarettes are a non essential "luxury" item, I assume its like a flex on people poorer than them, "look at me I can afford Cigarettes".
