Thanks. Take what you like and leave the rest. A lot of these things are gatekept bc of competition and people not wanting to share they “enhance” themselves. For 🍆 thing, they can also use your own body fat plus it lasts longer. It’s like girls who get their stomachs liposuctions and put into their bum or breast. Do what works for you.

Yes there is. Shoes with a platform or chunky sneakers. And there’s always surgery for your face and height which women spend millions on to improve themselves for a higher status man.
