Doesn't prevent it, but my libido has reduced a bit and when my body has lots of inflammation going on, its difficult to think clearly or be in a good mood. Not insurmountable, I just have to manage my illness on top of managing my mood and energy/enthusiasm for meeting girls.

I can’t open a single app or piece of social media without getting absolutely blasted So get rid of them. I became so much happier when I deleted all social media. So much more free time, also, to improve myself or to go out and approach women.

You're totally right on that second paragraph. As I said in my response above, if a girl is more than medium drunk she will be too annoying to talk to. But if I meet a girl and we hit it off, because there's not that crazy drunk horniness going on, we'll usually talk and get to know each other for a long enough time that even if we do hook up that night, she's mostly (if not entirely) sober by that time.

I was a hard partier for 10 years before I stopped drinking due to having a chronic illness/condition. I'm assuming that you're coming from a background somewhat similar to mine -- used to drink a moderate or more amount and that helped to get laid, now trying to figure it out without it.
