Wait how? What is a “degenerate” ? What does it mean to be degenerate? Does it mean to be something or someone you don’t like? “Culturally erosive” culture evolves and changes over time, my dude.

And what about men with De la Chapelle syndrome? Are they not men? Do you even understand how oppression against men works? If you think you’re a man, and everyone including strangers around you think you are a man, is that not what makes you a man? If you are treated like a man by strangers and in social situations, does that not mean you suffer in the way men do?

“Mainstream media.” This is an Iranian feminist website, it’s hardly mainstream.

It’s written by a website centered around women in a country where women are legally oppressed. Literally a different society. This does not relate to us at all.

They don’t examine trans women at all. In my opinion, trans ppl should just go to specific doctors for things like that.

“And has a Y chromosome” you literally can not change chromosomes (technically), but we can change everything chromosomes dictate. Sexondary sex characteristics, primary sex characteristics, etc. all these things can be changed. Wait, are you a man or a woman? At the top you said a woman, at the bottom you said man? Sorry, just confused. But anyways, I agree. Socialization in American and some English societies is very necessary for just general wellbeing. Though, what You described sounds a bit communistic and a lot of people will disagree/hate you for that, especially on Reddit. Goodluck, have a nice day, and beware.

no trans person wants their own bathroom, that’s isolating. It is not your “right” to not have people use the same bathroom as you because you don’t like them. If a passing trans man, with a beard, an adam’s apple, and generally muscular form is not allowed in the men’s bathroom, women will feel uncomfortable. You’ll feel uncomfortable if a woman walks into the bathroom, and that HAPPENS. Because passing trans ppl exist. Children don’t need to be educated in the way that stuff happens, but they …

Gynecologists don’t do that, that’s incredibly transphobic and non-medical. They’d have your info on file and know you’re a trans person, in that case.
/r/MensRights10/01/20 10:26 AM

I don’t think you understand how transgenderism works. If a female to male trans person takes testosterone/masculinizing hormones, they form an adam’s apple because they literally go through a second puberty.

The education system was “taken over by left-wingers” because the left preaches... ya know... not offending people. If you’re a teacher and you deliberately offend your students you’re gonna be outta there.

I don’t think this applies to literally anything but children-related parental issues. Societal oppression is based on gender. If I have a vagina but I don’t have tits, I have an adam’s apple, a square jaw, fairly muscular form, etc. you’re going to treat me like a man, because I am one. No one checks your chromosomes before discriminating against you. Also, transness isn’t an attempt to evade gendered expectations, most of the time anyway. It’s a deep uncomfort with ones’ self.
/r/MensRights09/01/20 02:57 AM

Yes! I feel this so much from other men! It’s awful. Constantly bullied and physically/verbally abused for being gay/effeminate.

Just a few quick things. I think lesbians would have a bigger problem with “hen nights” in gay bars because they straight women are often offended by gay women hitting on them, which is par for the course with gay bars. I’m personally fine with them (as a gay man), though it is a bit obnoxious, they’re no different from any other drunk people: obnoxious, annoying, and uncomfortably sexual. I see more of an issue with straight women (often teens and young adults) sexualizing gay men by means of m…

A) Trans men on masculinizing hormones do not experience periods. So kindly cuck off. B) Trans men’s issues are men’s issues. If this sub was supposed to be about XY Chromosome Rights then it would be titled that instead of Men’s Rights.

There are a lot of male feminists, that’s what makes it more than women vs men. There have been female MRA’s (rare) but there have been countless male feminists, who argue that true MRA’s are also feminists. One such feminist is https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC1E-JS8L0j1Ei70D9VEFrPQ Semi-radical socialist libertarian Youtuber Vaush. Fairly decent following with a strong defense of feminism, and the constant assertion that feminism isn’t only held as a belief by women. https://youtu.be/lufff7xx…

This is a really interesting story! Though, to be fair, most people are not raised on a farm, and actual physical ability does not matter in the slightest when it comes to the middle class white collar positions.

Men being considered the breadwinner, worker, etc, IS sexist and that’s recognized by feminism, just not as often. Anyway, some quick gender roles off the top of my head. -It’s not manly for men to cry -it’s not manly for men to wear dresses -it’s not manly for men to like men -it’s not manly for men to be nurses -it’s not manly for men to (in this community) respect women -it’s not manly for men to have true friends, or talk about their feelings with their friends (unironically). A lot of these people are making it literally about sex but that isn't it, in the broad sense at least. I made a comment explaining how it's because gay men have received a lot of rights and protections, but still not enough. Gay men still need to be included, obviously, but I could see how it's a bit more important to include the other identities when it comes to rights.
/r/MensRights03/01/20 08:31 AM

From what I understand, as a gay man, is that this is because, in the west, at very least, gay men are fairly equal to heterosexuals. Don't get me wrong, shit's fucked. I have a shit ton of goddamn issues all over the country that need to be dealt with, but these issues include the entire LGBT+ community, not just gay men. Which is why I find the point that "LGBT doesn't begin and end with the rights of cis white gay men" to be fairly accurate. For example, queer protections in southern states. …

You did also read that I said a daily hug would make me just as happy, right? Any romantic gesture repeated out of tradition would make me happy. And I'd probably plant them??? Unless they were fake flowers. I also said that the flowers would be wasting his money.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/19 11:41 PM
1

Oh my Goddess. Just because you don’t have friends doesn’t mean other people aren’t happy with their’s. I’ve known my best friend since elementary and the idea of having sex with him makes me uncomfortable, even though he is very attractive and kind. He’s my bestfriend, and I can stay friends with him as long as I want to, because a relationship can die fast and build bad blood between us.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/19 09:23 PM
1

Neither is the concept of liking someone as a friend even if they’re conventionally attractive. I have a couple friends who are conventionally attract (hot/sexy even) but they’re just my friends. And thats all I ever want them to be. Because if we were anything more, that could ruin our relationship.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/19 03:11 PM
1

Or, gasp people aren’t shallow and have platonic relationships for the sake of having a platonic relationship and it has absolutely nothing to do with sexual attraction. What a concept.

/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/19 01:59 PM

Feminists focused on women’s problems because they were the most dire at the time. Women still care about men’s problems socially. Also, Masculism isn’t as much of a political ideology as much as a social one, since most of men’s issues are driven by social pressures. (Like suppressing their feelings, which is why male suicide rates are so high. Because they don’t feel safe/ are bullied for expressing their emotions.)
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/19 01:17 PM

There are also ways to wear a condom wrong, but I agree.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/19 01:07 PM

The word was formed when women had significantly less rights than men. So calling it feminism made sense. They always advocated equality, making the word mean equality. The roots of a word don’t matter if you don’t use it that way. For example, not all androids are male appearing, yet it has the root word “andro” means male or masculine. It’s how you use a word, it’s not about it’s roots. Which is a beautiful analogy for how you can be a better person than your parents. Or a worse one.

/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/19 09:46 AM

They don’t need to pay the whole check, they could say “I’m only paying for half.” And that’d be that. Also, that’s the culture we live in. Men are more likely to pay for a woman’s food, because they always have. They don’t need to.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/19 09:26 AM
1

And? How is it rude to pay for your own food? My point was that they expect to pay for their own food, as anyone should unless there is a previous arrangement (forgotten wallet, promise of paying, etc.) Op is acting like splitting a meal is rude. It’s not.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/19 09:06 AM
0

Yes they exist. And people on this sub like to deny that fact. And they’re jot very rare. Depending on the culture you live in they could be literally every woman around you or none of them. For example, people in Japan see it as an insult to pay for their food, or to tip. They’re very prideful.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/19 08:58 AM
0

Yeah. No. I didn’t. Not all women are the exact same, thats what people on this sub don’t seem to understand, people are individuals.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/19 08:54 AM

There is a reason for that. It's not because women love divorcing, it's because they marry way earlier on. If you look at the statistics, lesbians marry WAY earlier than gay men do, because given the option, a lot of gay men simply don't marry because of stress or they just don't want to. Lesbians on the other hand romanticize the concept of marriage and both want it equally as much as the other and thus fall into unstable relationships that aren't formed on the bond of true love, but instead a …

I just don't know how to solve this issue without it hurting either side. It's a really complicated issue, as I said before. And I don't know what you meant when you said I can't fathom a problem where a woman isn't the victim. Could you give an example? There are certainly cases of women being horrible people (other than being literal murderers, rapists etc) like a woman who didn't swallow and masturbated to become pregnant, that is not fair for that man to pay child support. She raped him in c…
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/19 05:59 AM

Men can opt out of parenthood, he just has to support the child he brought into the world. That isn't parenthood, that's just a fine for your mistakes. I will admit that the child support percentages for income are WAY too high. (25% of income where I live, I just looked it up so I don't know how accurate that is) but it is far too high and I don't think it should be a percentage, I think it should be a set number that never changes. (like 9k$ per year or something)
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/19 05:37 AM
2

It's not as simple as just opting out of parenthood. There are a lot of things to consider and some concepts create a whole different issue. A solid way for a man to not have to deal with that is just wear a condom.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/19 05:18 AM

I am. But it's impossible to have equality when it comes to biology, because men can't give birth (yet). So equity is more plausible when it comes to stuff like this. I support equity.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/19 05:01 AM
1

I'm against the idea because there are a lot of varying factors. Child support exists so the father can't just knock up a woman then leave her to struggle. In the same respect of "Shouldn't have spread her legs" he should have worn a condom.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/19 04:57 AM
1

Well, not I disagree with that idea. The woman can opt out because she is scared, and will have to be in serious pain because of giving birth, as well as emotional trauma, will have to take time off work, could get fired, etc etc. There are a lot of negative effects of pregnancy. If she has an abortion, neither party has responsibility. Also, if the man isn't forced to pay child support because he just doesn't want the kid, he's just knocking her up and leaving. There are states where it's illeg…

Clearly you've never met an actual feminist and you've only seen the ones who scream about their triggers. They're not feminists. Feminism is the equality of the sexes. There happens to be people who ruin this term with their idiocracy, but they doesn't mean real feminists don't exist.

What if a woman WANTED to die for her country? She didn’t have that option. They had so much and fought against it? You realize there are a million and one problems with the 50’s familial dynamic right? A) If she’s a lesbian, she has absolutely zero way of supporting herself or her partner. There are fictional ideals in a partner I have but most of them are unreasonable or lead to an unstable lifestyle, and I love what I currently have. You don’t know who I am or what I like. I can make broad assumptions about men too. Men love calling women out for playing the victim card when guys on subs like these and MGTOW use it more than women. Since AMALT, clearly this is factual scientific evidence.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/19 04:10 PM

So you’re telling me who and what I like without knowing anything about me. If a man gets hit on by other women, and he doesn’t deny their advances, I wont like him, because that’s a trashy thing to do. And if I’m treated like a princess, I would adore my husband, and try [likely fail] to show him my equal affection for him. I’ve never been much of a romantic, so I’d probably fail at showing my appreciation.

If you were left for dead by your partner or someone you love you wouldn’t trust or care for them as much as you would if they protected/fought beside you. It’s not entitlement. If I love someone, I’d go to the ends of the Earth for that person. I wouldn’t leave them to die. My case is different than this story, as I probably wouldn’t leave my husband if I was fine in the end, I would just be sad.

The 50’s were full of MALE oppression? You mean the men who could vote, own property, work wherever they wanted, attend school as much as they wanted, were oppressed? Not the people who couldn’t hold a job because they’d be fired or never hired, were told they’d never be anything more than a mother who waits for her husband all day at home? There were so many issues in the 50’s and male oppression doesn’t scratch the surface.

And my education, paying for school supplies or new clothes. I don’t know where you’re getting those stats from, but they’re definitely false. (And before you say I didn’t know where the money was really going, I saw her personally paying for things …

No it doesn’t. Women go through agony to give birth. Men have to pay for the child’s education and clothes.

Unless you guys are homosexuals, you’d need more than your own sperm to make a baby. Unless you want a clone.

But.. why? If it can be proven to be false, then she should be charged a fine. But a lot of the time it will just be that her case wont be proven, even if it did happen.

Like trans people and lesbians. They’re masculine and have different genders than what they’re assigned.

Lets work on the US nationally teaching kids about intercourse, STDS, contraception, and genital anatomy. You know what mys school gave me? "Don't do sex, you'll get aids." "Condoms exist or something, use them." "This is what the inside of a dick looks like." We NEVER learned indepth about certain STD/Is or the signs of them, or how to go about treating them other than going to the doctor (which takes longer than the time some STIs are in affect btw). Ah yes most women, from my anecdotal experience (which is none at all btw), like feminine men (totally science btw look up a study), if not they want to marry men who would hurt their children, yep. /s
