I guess that's why so many different places have so many different laws in regard to this issue. Also I understand that the boy involved is probably aware of how little that will mean for him later in life labeled as a rapist. I agree that there is a difference in consent. But I also think it makes a difference if the man is 45 or 19. The boy was only one year over 18 himself.
