so it is impossible or almost impossible to spit it out completely Very difficult, but I would not say impossible. I'm not there yet so I can't anecdotally say for sure, but I have made progress.

Well if by "it" you mean what negative side effects you might see? If so, see my original post. Generally the big overall 'TL;DR' negative that following TRP will give you is an overall air of insecurity and a great degree of difficulty in forming intimate relationships with women. As I've grown, I've come to realize that intimate relationships with other humans is perhaps one of the greatest keys to happiness in life. I'm not saying you have to be in a relationship to be happy, but relationship…

I get what you're saying, and I used to rationalize it in the exact same way so I 100% get where you're coming from. That being said, a small dose of poison is still poison, even if it's bundled with some good. You can learn to respect yourself, lift, talk to women, etc. without also taking a sprinkling of misogny, a dash of insecurity, and a sip of trust issues to boot. You're essentially paying for it later if you take that bit of poison now. That's perhaps the worst thing about it all, is you…

As with I'm sure many of you, even years after abandoning TRP, some of the thoughts tend to creep back in. Little things like being a little jealous of one's girlfriend's sexual history start looking like red flags when they absolutely are not. The toxic mindset regarding sexual history that TRP espouses could easily ruin an otherwise fantastic relationship by blowing non-issues out of proportion. I came across some old journal/diary of my girlfriend's where she had a checklist of sorts includin…

In the end despite renouncing some things that TRP teaches (mostly the pseudo-scientific stuff regarding women and psychology which I never really accepted in the first place) I found that I like the 'Alpha' side of me. You could also just call it the self-valuing side of me. Something I recommend is stop thinking in terms of alpha and beta. It's like when people label themselves and others extrovert and introvert. People are very very rarely if ever binary on things as complicated as lifestyle.…

Thanks, this is definitely something I appreciate hearing. It makes it easier to see it written out with reasoning instead of just "Big N count bad" or "Big N count good"

Thanks for your unique perspective. I'm not really looking for help per se, just input and experience, and you've provided just that.

Thanks for the fantastic response. I honestly should probably read RPW sometime. Just curious as at the end of your post you mention vulnerability... a commonly perceived idea on the main sub is that showing weakness/emotion/vulnerability to your woman will make her naturally think less of you. Would you say this is true? Or is it more of a kind of don't go overkill kind of thing?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
