| 3 | She cheated but won’t sign papers unless I say I want a divorce.Control. I’ve been trying to get divorced since November 2021 for same reasons. I gave up on mediation and served her recently because she was refusing to sign the paperwork we agreed on. I want to move on with my life. I don’t understand the mindset. She doesn’t tell me what she wants but won’t sign the paperwork. Gave me no choice. | /r/Divorce_Men | 28/05/23 02:13 PM |
| 1 | For those that are divorcedI’m still in the same place. Would like to move but everything on the market that isn’t a shit hole is like a million dollars and interest rates are like infinity percent right now. | /r/Divorce_Men | 25/05/23 08:04 PM |
| 4 | Has anyone actually had success in litigation? Thanks for the response. That’s already the path as of Monday and we’re preparing for litigation so I can move on with my life. I’ve sat on this for almost a week. I suppose I’m ultimately looking to make sense of a senseless situation. | /r/Divorce_Men | 05/05/23 11:45 PM |
