Nothing about that sounds right. I don't want kids, so I wear condoms. Why is that so hard? The idea you can just shrug you're stupid shoulders and walk away from responsibility is just silly. Sign your rights away if you're so hard up to avoid child support. But most guys won't do that. They want to be able to say it's their kid, without having to pay for it.

Social Media is more to blame. Guys and women BOTH think they deserve better than they are. No one is limited locally anymore. Guys tend to rely on apps, which are 100% looks based, and they put almost no effort into their pics. At some point women started trying harder to physically impress, and guys put all their effort into video games. Even gross fat women spend an hour trying to look pretty. Guys don't even wear clothes that fit.

You'd have to consider that guys are watching hours more porn than run of the mill women are pulling hot guys. I know my standards are affected when I've pulled out of my league women. I assume it can happen again, and I'll blow off sub-par women. I imagine the same thing happens when women pull hot guys. I had a friend years ago that was a chubby chaser, quantity over quality type of guy. I yelled at him a few times because the women he slept with started thinking it was cool to pursue me.

Depends where you live. Where I'm from, people tend to marry early, and have two kids by 25.

Guys need to understand that creepy is a catch-all term. It's not just guys sneaking around twirling their mustache looking for their next r@pe victim. It's awkward guys, persistent guys, and socially r-worded guys. Guys approaching and asking out total strangers. It's a lot of guys.

The number gets lower the more standards you have. Not married will drop you below 50%. Most people are overweight, that's a big hit.

Bad people exist. It doesn't matter what you teach boys. We ALL know violence is only appropriate at certain times. We ALL know not to r@pe. There's always going to be bad apples and evil people.

It's Astrology for guys. The whole Sigma thing is just shy "introverts" trying to paint themselves as alpha.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/03/23 03:31 PM

I appreciate my mom. She never tried to fill the role of a father with her own bullshit. My grandpa and older brother filled that role. Single moms tend to give their sons bad dating advice, like "just be nice" without ever explaining what means. They don't explain kindness and empathy. So, we end up with young guys that just do "nice" things in the hopes of a reward.

When she does all the work in the home, while you play video games, doing nothing productive, it's a problem. Women HAVE to have jobs in most cases. They're working. But many guys still expect them to take care of the home. You live there too. Get off your ass and pull your weight.

They chase success, not women. Just like Tate. He fronts that he's a ladies' man, but there's never any women in his pictures on Twitter. They're fake, and you fell for it.

Modern males and women don't value relationships. It's all take take take, and no one wants to give. Guys just want a new mom to take care of them and play with their weiner. And women want to live in luxury with no effort on their part.

Fresh and Fit is a joke. I wish they wouldn't have chickened out on boxing Preach. It's "entertainment". They're embarrassing women to grift from gullible guys that follow them. Just like PUA gurus in the early 2000s. Except PUA gurus actually provided instruction, which is more than Fresh and Fit. All they do is complain.

I think every guy goes through that thing where they break up with someone great because they fantasize about all the sex with strangers they aren't having. Fact is, most guys will never be in a position to have casual sex with strangers on a regular basis. And male birth control will cost money. Guys won't get it for free. That alone means most guys won't use it.

It bugs me that no one thinks they should have to improve. They're just owed a gf. When I was growing up we busted our asses to be what women wanted. Guys just cry and complain now.

I mean, the modern male doesn't bring much either, besides a PS5 maybe. Guys want a traditional woman to cook and clean, but they aren't exactly a traditional male. They can't fix anything. They can't build anything. They don't bring much of anything.

If you're not a high earner, it's pretty pointless. When my older brother got divorced, it was very amicable. They both just knew it wasn't working. No child support or anything. They did it online for like $300. They just split the kids 50/50. No real schedule.

As a guy, I always edit my photos on Social Media. Whit Balance, Saturation, Brightness, things like that. I'm mindful of lighting, I use the rule of three. Guys should spend time learning basic editing.

I guess I'm pretty indifferent to it. If most guys were able to pull gold diggers, they'd just call them trophy wives. But, since most guys are middle-class or below, gold diggers are bad. It's just hate and jealousy about something they'll never have.

One thing that has bothered me about the manosphere is that it's mostly complaining. No real advice or anything. It was common advice in the early 2000s PUA days to 'fix what you can'. Growing up, guys busted their ass to be desirable. Now they just want love for their default. They don't try. They get fat and greasy. And they complain. I don't get it.

I was part of the PUA community, in the early 2000s, for a moment. It's all gross manipulation games. I was mostly drawn to more Natural stuff, like David DeAngelo, and David Wygant. Actually learning to talk to people. It was very valuable. Even years later, I read Models by Mark Manson. I still occasionally listen to the audiobook at the gym. Great stuff. I think social media killed it, along with guys just being generally lazy. I don't understand why "looksmaxxing" isn't just a regular thing …

Bullshirt. Look at the numbers. 330 million people in the US. 45 million online date. Almost no one in any other country online dates. Get off the apps, and stop putting so much pressure on yourself. Not every interaction has to result in dates. Hell, just leaving a good impression means you might get brought up when her friend asks if she knows anybody. Get off the apps if you think not showing your personality is what's holding you back. Apps are 100% looks based. You can't show any personality through a silly half-assed bio. If your looks don't bring it, you'll fail. Guys shoot themselves in the foot not putting any effort into their pics.

Vet whatever you want, but you don't have to be shitty about it. Fat women KNOW they're fat, and it significantly shrinks their mating market. You don't need to point it out. Say you feel nothing for them and move on with your life. A big problem with people today is that that care what other people think.

Men don't want to be traditional. That'd mean growing up. Giving up video games, cartoons, and toys. They'd build stuff, and fix stuff. They'd have to be a leader. They just want a traditional woman to be their new mom. Someone to cook and do laundry while they play video games.

Making excuses. It's the biggest problem I have with the manosphere. It's all excuses for why they fail with women. And it's all women's fault. It's tired. Women have ALWAYS wanted a protector a provider. And males, in 2023, just won't do anything to fit in that bubble. They won't get in shape. They won't get a better job. They won't grow up. They live in perpetual adolescence. Playing video games and collecting toys into adulthood.

Reddit likes to think it's FAR more important than it is. Like it's representative of the world. It's not. It's niche. 52 million active users out out 8 billion. That's drops in a bucket. Online dating isn't much different. 45 million users in the US out of 330 million. Most people don't use it, despite what reddit thinks. Social media is a much bigger user base. Particularly, social networking. THAT'S the problem they should be focused on.

Thanks social media. Most people, in 2023, think they're hotter than they are. Males and women. 99% of women aren't hot enough for their own standards, and Insta-models aren't into fat gamer dorks with unkempt beards. I understand that I'm a strong 5. I'll never get better than a 7, on a good day.

The definition kind of changed. Now, guys think just showing up, putting their back on the wall, and waiting is "putting themselves out there". 30 years ago, it meant actively talking to people. Introducing yourself to people.

Men find value in relationships. They find value in taking care of their family. It's not about what benefits them. That's a boy's attitude. Boys that have nothing to offer. But they complain about young women bringing "nothing to the table". They just want a new mom to take care of them, but will touch their weiner.

An average guy to women is basically the default create-a-character in your favorite video game. There's nothing special about him. He doesn't stand out. He's just plain. It has nothing to do with statistics. Just like a fat guy isn't a dad bod. A dad bod is a slim-ish guy that doesn't workout, because he's busy being a dad.
