This is great. Shit just keeps getting more and more absurd. Soon people are going to have to really take notice how insane these people are.

Lying in order to get sex is rape. Jesus fucking Christ.

There are no facts when it comes to how a person is consenting or how they feel about a certain act.

You're going to tell me to read more carefully when I addressed this point already at length a few posts back? Here you are telling me that I should be afraid of a woman claiming rape after the fact, when you're here taking her word for it that she said no and he's a rapist, when his story is different and when she says he didn't rape her. Not sure who you think you are protecting here, but it's not her and it's not me.

Do you even know what your point is any longer?

Nothing I said condones a false rape accusation, but you don't seem to understand my point. Rape is by definition an "unwanted" sexual act of penetration etc. etc., and that can be defined in no other way than by feels. False accusations happen. It isn't that women report them, it's how the media and public handle them. False rape accusations either don't stand up in court or the woman is proved to have been making up a story. Very few false rape allegations actually result in a man in jail. Thi…

This is completely wrong. Facts are not facts when rape is defined as "unwanted." It's up to the person to decide what is wanted and what is unwanted. Many women have rape fantasies, and some act on it and arrange such things with a partner or with "strangers" from things like fetish websites and dating websites. If you believe "facts should trump feelings" then there is really no way you can ever determine if something was rape or not, because you have no way of factually knowing what was in th…

Have you dated more than one woman? I've had girls say "no" to me about various things many times, and I've done the same thing. I've said no to a girl who wanted to have sex, because I was tired or worn out, but then she started grabbing my dick and blowing me to get me in the mood, and then I had sex with her. Was I raped because I said no and then she sucked my dick, got me hard, I allowed it and then had sex with her after? I've had a girl tell me to stop fucking her or licking her because s…

I've discussed it. I've brought up numerous points about it that you ignore. You just want to say "did she say that or not?" I acknowledged that she said that, and I showed you in a number of ways how that isn't the end of the story, but you choose to ignore it and now you want to argue with me personally. Read what I wrote, or don't, I don't care. I'm done with this discussion with you.

Like I said. You can't just ignore everything I say and then try to reduce this discussion. I'm not biting. If you want to discuss anything I've said that you are skipping over then fine, but I won't have this black and white reductive discussion with you.

I'm not. And if you don't want to address any of my points I'm not going to get into the reductive argument with you that I specifically point out is not the way you should handle these cases.

“I immediately got off her and asked if I should put a condom on and she said yes and then we engaged in sexual intercourse. She never said no and never told me to stop.” Sure, that's what he was expelled for, but yes, yes it IS a contested fact as to whether or not that's precisely what happened as from the quote I posted above, and even if it was, I wouldn't even classify that as "non consensual sex" as they didn't have sex without a condom on. If you want to call it anything, you call it non-…

ACCORDING TO HER. According to him, that isn't what happened. Two conflicting stories, yet they believe hers, even when she says she doesn't want this to be a school matter.

Maybe you're not aware of his statement or the rest of hers. According to him-- The two were making sexual contact when Neal said “She was very adamant in pulling me close and wanting me to have intercourse with her. At the beginning, when I was lying on top I didn’t have a condom.” Neal said the woman said she was not on birth control. “I immediately got off her and asked if I should put a condom on and she said yes and then we engaged in sexual intercourse. She never said no and never told me …

It's about as much rape as me jumping in my friends car and taking it around the block is theft.
