Wait, what? What kind of company hires a 22 year old stripper as a CEO? Is it still in business?

My general guide line: -Know how much people in your line of work and experience level are making. -When they ask you how much you want, give a range that is 100% to 120% of what you expect. So if you actually would be happy changing jobs for 100k, say you want 100-120k. -Once you have salary negotiated, ask to sweeten the deal with things like management courses etc.

They'll promote you because if you're better than everyone at the company, you can find a better paying job somewhere else. If they don't promote you, then you should find a better paying job somewhere else.

Just keep in mind that in small industries, getting known for leaving after a month of work may not be the best thing. Source: I work in a relatively small biotech subfield. Everyone knows eachother.

I'm wondering where you've traveled. Do you really find third world/ developing countries in the middle east / asia/ eastern europe / south america to be all the same? I found staying with Bedouins in the gulf to be much different from living in a shack in the south east asian tropics, but maybe I'm naive. Of course, a first world city is pretty much the same everywhere. A wealthy street in Singapore feels pretty much like a wealthy street in New York.

Hobbes didn't have a modern understanding of game theory (specifically, the iterated prisoner's dilemma), so his idea that cooperation can't emerge gradually is incorrect. Not his fault, he was just 200 years before his time. Regarding gun control, it's quite complicated. Some countries have a lot of guns with very little gun violence (eg Canada, Switzerland). In Canada, it's hunting rifles not handguns, though. I feel it's more a social-economic issue than anything else in the US.

If they no-showed you, and you could still bill them, why not keep doing it? Free money and all that.

My uncle made 2.5 million by selling off some land in the the central US. He's in his early 60s, makes around 100k a year from investing, and travels around eastern europe and asia, usually with some good looking woman traveller he finds. I think he's seen over 90 different countries so far.

As an egyptian guy, he sort of has to. Egyptian girls don't generally do one night stands or fuckbuddy type relationships. (if you know where, let me know! I've never hooked up with an egyptian girl)

Just saying what my experiences are. Maybe because my "SMV" is a lot higher as an American? Who knows. All I can say is I love it here.

It's funny, I'm dating girls in Eastern Europe and we split things 50:50 (which I don't even agree with because I make like 4X as much as them, but what can I do right?). I even save money when we cook together. "Feminism" in the US seems to be more male enslavement.

I think people don't know just how cheap it can be to live well. Learn to cook great food for yourself, and you never have to buy overpriced steak again. Find how to get the best airline deals and cheap airbnb flats and you can see great places without spending all your money (also avoid the tourist trap places like Paris etc). Buy a nice motorcycle for 10k, and it'll look better than some 60k car. I split my savings about equally into low risk index funds (for safety), and into riskier stocks i…

It seems like my autistic friend who couldn't care less about women or what other people think is the most alpha guy I know. Neat.

Though, keep in mind the most powerful men in the world are not always the gorilla-like alphas people keep thinking about. Putin is 5'6". Hiter was 5'8" (short by german standards) and not particularly physically imposing. He tried to be an artist - pretty "beta", right? Stalin was 5'4" (!!!). Churchill was a short bald fat man (something like 5'5") at the height of his power. Roosevelt couldn't even walk- you'd think any guy could "out-alpha" a cripple, right? On the western side, Canada's most…

Depends on how smart she is and how good her impulse-control is. In my experience smart girls who have invested a lot of their time on a guy don't throw it away on a one-night-stand. This is also why it's a good idea to avoid going into LTR with girls who have a history of casual hook-ups.

41 is a fine age to date and get married, what's his problem? My friend had a kid at 45, and it's great because he can actually afford to have one, unlike when he was younger.

Muslims never invaded Europe? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Timeline_of_the_Muslim_presence_in_the_Iberian_Peninsula Edit: Is there something wrong with this source? I thought the muslim conquest of spain was pretty common knowledge.

Cool. If you don't mind me asking, what's the best strategy for finding well-paid jobs in these countries? I'm a bio PhD, and have only been able to find jobs in Europe (which isn't bad at all, I'm just looking to try something different).

/r/TheRedPill17/08/15 11:52 AM

10% is like the cut-off where you can regularly find girls to date/ hook up with. That's the bare minimum it takes to get noticed these days. Some guys do it by being tall, some guys do it by being wealthy.etc etc. To be top 1%, you need a few things going for you. famous + jacked + tall, world traveler + PhD + good looking, black belt + doctor + family money.

Heh, well don't tell that to the 18 year old I'm seeing. It might be a European thing, American women can be very selfish.

I make at least four times as much as the girls I date (late teens, early twenties). Even so, if they're not offering to pay at least some of the time I'm dropping them.

Sometimes the girls I'm seeing pay for everything. Gotta find good girls.

Anywhere from mid 20's to late thirties. Main thing is to make a lot of money, 200k at minimum. Also helps if you're tall, everyone here is over 6ft. I felt like a dwarf at 5'8".

Unless you keep them locked up, women will run into guys who are >6'. Does that mean every guy under 6' will have his gf cheat on him with a guy over 6'? Guess guys like me under 6' should just stick to casual sex.

Not really, put the billion in some super low risk index fund, make your 4%, and live on 40 million a year for the rest of your life. Not too difficult.

OK I see what you're saying. A lot of people have this idea that an "alpha" is some big bearded guy who fucks a lot of girls. But your definition has to do with more leader-follower mentality. I agree with that.

If you want some self confidence, try backpacking through a third world country for a few weeks. It's cheap, fun, and gives you some good stories to talk about (most girls would never do this, and respect guys who can).

Try holding their gaze for longer than the 0.5 seconds most people look at one another. If you're gazing into eachother's eyes for a few seconds, grin at her and approach.

If she's looking into your eyes, it's a pretty good indicator she's into you. My friends think I have some special talent for picking up girls, but it's really just finding the ones who are already attracted to you.

I HATED dating and relationships in the US. The girls expect you to pay and plan for everything. Then I moved to Europe, where girls like to pay for half of everything, and go out of their way to do shit for you (if you're considered 'high-value' enough, I guess). Hell, I don't even have a car, they drive me everywhere.

How much do you make exactly? Back when I was a poor grad student I was saving 5k a year, enough to travel every year and still save some cash.
/r/TheRedPill27/05/15 09:11 AM

I have to say, it's nice dating in Europe where girls assume you are exclusive from date 1 (or maybe 2). If she sticks with you for a few weeks, she's your girlfriend. Still, I try to date around three at a time, at least initially. Same thing should work in the US.

The thing about the Germans is that they specifically killed Jewish women and children. That's one of the things that makes it a genocide, since to subdue a population you only need to kill the men.

I propose a new term: Dark Beta. A beta versed in red pill philosophy who is able to use that to his advantage. Enticing women by offering a stable salary and a personality that her parents would approve of. They're happy to sleep with you and do things for you, expecting a long-lasting relationship. But in reality you're fucking around with 5 of these women at a time.

In my experience living abroad, non-whites do significantly worse than whites. At least in Europe indians and asians have a pretty hard time (depending on how "ethnic" they are, japanese guys tend to do OK for example).

Sad but true. One solution is to work for a start-up, where gender politics generally don't (usually) apply.
/r/TheRedPill04/05/15 05:35 PM

Guys don't deserve jobs any more than women do. It's a strange feminist notion that job decisions should be based on gender rather than ability. If you can't do a job better than some girl, you don't deserve the job. Seriously, most of the women I know spend half their time on facebook, it's not that difficult to get ahead.
/r/TheRedPill04/05/15 04:44 PM

I don't think highly paid women are a problem. Generally they get married too late to have many kids, so they effectively remove themselves from the gene pool. The main problem these days is social welfare programs that support women having kids outside of a stable marriage.

As a guy who has boxed and street fought, I dislike when people emphasize the differences and not the similarities between the two. There is a lot of overlap.

He's beaten professional boxers 5 inches taller and 20lbs heavier, I'm pretty sure he can take 99.99% of the male population in a fist fight. Would be interesting to see what happens if someone calls him a "little man" to his face..
