As far as i know, you only have one frame. It is your moral compass, as far as i know, and your standards of.. well everything. If you hold frame, you stay within what you perceive as right and wrong and what you want to do and not do. This is why, people often tell you to work within your frame. I believe he wished for advice, and ghosting a class mate is very poor advice. He wants you to read her and advice him, i advice him to go for it, but in a way with success.
