I'm about to start my third year in pharm school. You can definitely develop a good gym routine no problem, also try to get in with the few hot girls that will be your classmates and form a squad with a couple of bros so you have girls to network and do shit with. You won't have much time to travel but I haven't noticed my quality of social life suffer too much from pharmacy school

Here's a simple tip. Talk less. You'd be surprised how many times silence works to your advantage. Also, before you open your mouth, allow 2-3 seconds to formulate your statement. Your words will carry heavier weight.

Man from my opinion (and I've recently been in a very similar situation) I would ask her out one more time and if she flakes or declines, then that's strike three. Another alternative is to ask her to go grab coffee instantly (or at least soon, during the week etc) and use that to set up a real date in person. If she declines coffee then you know it's a no-go.

You totally can be friends with a woman, but the key is she should be of lower SMV than you. She most likely will develop attraction but it's not that big of a deal. Women friends can be fun and useful to have. Don't try and buddy up with a girl of higher SMV though, you will probably be the one developing feelings and becoming an orbiter.

I don't understand why all of these simple things are considered bad? I thought chivalry (at least in its basic form like most of these items) was a good thing. Not a white knight here but seriously, opening doors for women is just proper manners. Most people in here are coming off like "OMG I refuse to do anything to appear weak or helping women". It's just politeness IMO and has nothing to do with how you act/present yourself in a redpill manner.
