First off, if your God says you have to cut skin off your dick to worship him, maybe consider if that's a God you should be worshiping. Second, there is only one reason to have a circumcision and that is if you have phimosis where your foreskin is too tight. There is no "age" for circumcision but if there was, it wouldn't be the first week they come into the world. Lots of people have it done when needed.
