You need to spend more time getting past the learning curve once you do its awesome and totally non stick. I own demeyere Atlantis and debuyer prima Matera cookware but basically just use the cast iron as it works better for just about everything

I'm doing this. Its a good time and has greatly benefited my health and overall feeling of well being from eating healthier food. I have a bunch of cast iron now I'm getting into high end knives and sharpening etc Also getting into straight razor shaving as a offshoot of the high end knives/sharpening part of the cooking hobby. High end cooking is a great mgtow hobby and a very useful practical skill
