oh i see it, i'm just wondering how her jerking his arm that way sent the gf or whomever forward with that force. I will extend an olive branch and agree that steps at these places are fucking nightmares.

IMO I don't even know why money, especially a specific amount is up for debate. If a chick is too "high class" for a simple cup of coffee and good conversation for a first date she can kick rocks. I'm trying to get to know you, not put on a show for you.

That's not male privilege, it's female toxicity.

The problem with this is it's just her word that she did these things. Surely it can be true, or it could be for clout. Until you have a victim come forward who wants to press charges nothing will come out of it. And good luck getting men to come forward with something like this.

Yeah I'm not gonna agree with this one. She reached out first, gave a little challenge. Could have totally been playful in nature. Think dude shouldn't have went off so soon.

Aight, while not defending her by any means (didn't even read the story yet) I have to bring something up. Does anyone else think it's wrong that a list of charges, name, mugshot etc are readily available to the public before a conviction?

Incompetence. Also about this... "In my view this video does not justify clearing him from assaulting our member," Barzilay said. "A person with a serious medical condition does not just get up and walk away. Not only is this EMT a victim of sexual abuse, she is now a victim of the District Attorney’s office." While it's extremely common to be lethargic after an episode it's not impossible for someone to regain composure and continue about. We have a newer guy at work, nobody knew he was prone t…

Live in the area. Def not a 40 minute trip unless you're delivering on rollerblades or something.

Also reported her Twitter. Never done that before. Pretty easy and thorough process.

Why let it all out to one person when you can let it out to many for free with no copay?! :D

Eh not so much. Being the person filming is also a woman. Generally it's better to walk away from psychos who go in like that. Call the cops, show the video, wait for the real justice.

There are contradictions in your post. Also, do you even know how the law works?

It has happened. Look at Bobby Shmurda. Also there have been murder cases solved after hip hop beefs and people admitting their involvement in songs. It's not far off. You just need to have solid evidence and a victim. And someone dumb enough to tie themselves to a particular crime for clout lol.

You know how many rappers talk about dealing drugs in the past? If you can't tie them to a specific crime or crimes there's really nothing the DA has to go on.

I'm just saying she's not admitting to a specific crime with a known victim. You can't prosecute those things based on what someone claims they've done unless someone comes forward. The reason Cosby got it is because his victims actually came forward. I'm not sure how you don't see how easy this is to understand.

That's not the way it works. I could be an up and coming rapper talking about how I used to sell drugs in the streets to try and boost my street cred even if I never have.

Well we have to bring up the whole "allegedly" thing. I'm not defending her in any way but you can't prosecute unless a victim comes forward. Could she have said those things for clout? Maybe. But if she actually did those things you can't go after her until someone comes forward. Good luck also having some guy coming forward to admit these things happened when he is 1 a male, 2 possibly married or in a relationship and 3 admitting he was quite probably soliciting prostitution. He'll probably ju…

Sad part is, good luck getting a man to come forward about losing a couple hundred bucks when he may have been in a relationship or married. And also good luck getting a man to admit he tried to pay Cardi-B for sex. Bleugh

Came here to post this. There have been rappers who were tied to crimes because of shit they said in their songs. Then there are rappers who claim all this shit and lie because it makes them sound the part to sell songs. If a victim comes forward and a case is formed, surely her statements will have a negative impact on her defense. But now we're asking a male to come forward about a situation where he was seeking illegal prostitution services. For one, men are far less likely to admit to these …

This is a perfect example of cops showing crowds that they're free to assemble until they break the law. People will claim excessive force because it was one woman but show an ounce of weakness when you're outnumbered like that and chaos ensues.

"influencer" is a person that's a social media billboard, kind of. These are "models" and such that have enough of a following that if they take pictures with certain products, at certain destinations etc, it's essentially advertising for them. While some are legit, often, shallow assholes and people who have an exaggerated sense of self-worth will claim they're "influencers" to businesses and try to score free products, services and accommodations in exchange for posting pics of said things to …

I feel as though she thought she wouldn't suffer such a harsh reaction due to being female. Anyway by that logic there's still a ton of shit that should be removed from this sub. Man argues with woman on bus for one of them. Anyway judging by the rest of the comments here I still stand by this being a good post in it's proper sub.
