Having a child with bad genetics was a lot more dangerous than it is today due to disease and constant warfare. Mating with someone with good genetics might've offset some of the disadvantage of not getting resources from a long-term relationship. Also humans have always been social animals that lived in tribes, so it's not like a woman would raise her kids alone if the man didn't stay with her

Nobody is capable of being content unless it comes from within yourself. The initial attraction fades in every single relationship no matter how strong their looks or wealth or whatever makes it at first, and then stuff like compatibility is the only thing that carries relationships beyond that point. Unless you find a reason to be at peace you could always be dissatisfied with your life no matter how good it seems, it has nothing to do with women or men

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
