If a guy advances on a girl, he'll get beat down cause he's a "pedo". However, if a guy advanced on a boy, he'd likely be killed because he's a "faggot" and a "pedo". Crimes against men are viewed differently than crimes against women. The same is also true regarding gender when a child is involved in a crime if this nature.

I understand that. The link that started this thread didn't state that women could choose who fertilizes their eggs. I was using "womb" simply as a point that men shouldn't then be bound to remain faithful for the same reasons (terminology and all) that women are allowed to exercise to "excuse" cheating.

It does mean the same thing. I was born a boy, stayed one through my teen years, and I'm still anatomically the same at 22... making me a big boy (man). Maybe I'm misunderstanding what you're saying, but unless someone is a hermaphrodite, then their gender has been clearly determined and there's really no way to biochemically change what you are. Even going under the knife and having a few things replaced doesn't necessarily change your gender.
