4	"Women" these days I never usually comment but this is actually really hurtful. I actually do have BPD and it sucks to have to live with. I hate it and do everything I can to hide it. When I was recently diagnosed, I actually have begun to monitor my mood swings by becoming more aware that my actions do effect other people and that my negative thoughts about myself are just that: thoughts.
